Yougo is a comprehensive travel agency app designed to simplify and enhance the entire travel experience with seamless trip booking, hotel booking and flight bookings etc, all in one place.
Yougo is also designed for all your travel needs with our consolidated packages, real time weather updates, simplified hotel booking, budget friendly options, and streamlined booking process.
Stakeholder Research
Here I conduct a meet with a stack holders to know the expectations to align the design with the app's vision.

Here I conduct a meet to understanding user needs, behaviors, and pain points related to Travel and hotel booking app. User Interviews ( 10 Participants ) – Conducted to explore travel habits, preferences, and challenges. Online Surveys ( 50 Respondents ) – Gathered quantitative data on travel, hotel booking app usage.

Arranging a trip with family and friends has been challenging due to difficulty finding a trustworthy travel agency offering the right packages, lack of weather updates for selected destinations, struggles with booking reasonably priced hotels, encountering expensive and overly commercialized online packages, and facing an inefficient booking process.
Solution
A comprehensive solution involves developing a single platform that consolidates packages from various travel agencies, showcasing each agency's profile with verified credentials and displaying the packages they offer, integrating real-time weather updates, simplifying the hotel booking process for users, providing budget-friendly packages along with customization options, and streamlining the overall booking process to enhance user experience.
